Yucca Frita Mojo – Steamed yucca with a garlic sauce
Pollo Asada – Marinated roasted chicken
Puerco – Rotisserie pork
Congri – Cuban beans and rice
Ensalada Mixta – A hearty green salad provided by nearby Shipki Farm!
