Taste of India: Banquet Menu
We are excited to announce the menu for the Taste of India banquet.
Lavanya Reddy and volunteers from the Federation of Indian American Associations of WA (FIWA) will delight our taste buds with the following Indian recipes:
Appetizer and Salad
Chat with mint and tamarind chutneys
Cucumber, coriander and tomato raita
Aloo gobi- cauliflower and potato curry
Baingain Bhurtha- eggplant curry
Vegetable fried rice
Dessert of Assorted Indian Sweets
Is your mouth watering yet? The banquet includes a buffet dinner, dance performances by three professional Indian dance groups and a musical performance. It will surely be a fun, colorful and delicious evening!
